I realised if I take care of myself now I'll have less health problems to worry about in the future so can someone just direct me towards some info about this vegan stuff ie; benefits, where to begin and all that good stuff

lay off the sweets and junk food as well.

start eating fruits, beans, nuts, and get into juicing. when you start this vegan shyt, you gotta get creative with you food.

for example, i'll make chilli but, with mushrooms, green peppers, few jalapenos,and pieces of celery. then eventually put some whole wheat ritz crackers with that shyt. you gotta think outside the box when it comes to this vegan shyt or you'll go back to your old ways. this shyt aint for everybody :manny:

Whether going all the way vegan/vegetarian is the best choice is something I'm still researching

But I do know meat and all processed food is acidic too the body and should be balanced with fruits, vegetables, and remaining well hydrated.

So your diet should consist of as little processed foods as possible and more alternatives (vegetables, fruits, grains,nuts, beans) than meat.

zero animal products. no eggs, no cheese, no meat obviously. essentially it's 70% veggies and 30% complex carbs year round

lol exactly. I think a 70:30 or 80:20 rule of Plant:Meat is ideal imo.
yeah or even vegetarian if you have a real problem with meat. From what I've read vegan is more if you care about the animals cause you will be deficient in a lot of areas. Not 100% sure though so correct me if I'm wrong.
