yeah or even vegetarian if you have a real problem with meat. From what I've read vegan is more if you care about the animals cause you will be deficient in a lot of areas. Not 100% sure though so correct me if I'm wrong.lol exactly. I think a 70:30 or 80:20 rule of Plant:Meat is ideal imo.
