Can someone explain the logic of why wings are so expensive

No shortage of chicken and it’s not like these are wings from full grown chickens being used for wings.

And how much effort goes into throwing like 20 into the hot grease and putting sauce on it afterwards. There were times you could get 10 cent wing specials at bars and beast if you wanted to and not even places like BWW are on some BS with their pricing.

Are chickens fukking at a faster rate than we're eating them and can that rate continue? I don't think we eat chicken eggs but rather hen eggs, but I'm not expert on what these farms sell us. Prolly some genetically mutated eggs and chicken that they created to save on cost.

technically you have to kill more chickens to make 10 wings than you do for an 8 piece.
