I don't have a comic book background and I don't cato go back and read the comics.

I'd like to get the coli opinions of how a nikka who is truly GawdBody can ever lose to a human with no type of superpower.

I know the batman is smart and can make shyt ... Yeah I get that ....


But if I was superman i would fly like 10 miles in the air and zap the batman with my red lazer beams and be done with it .


The fight would be over in a matter of seconds, like for real.

Yall might say the batman has kryptonite, but superman can hear nikkaz from all over the world, so wouldn't he hear the batman making a kryptonite weapon and fly and knock his ass out?


I really can't even figure how this is a fight , I compare it to an ant vs a elephant .... It's no way the ant can beat the elephant ... Ever .


No amount of armor can stop superman from beating the batmans ass so why are they making a movie about this ...


If you had the power of superman can you picture yourself ever taking an L to a mere human? Just think about that, can someone explain to me how this is even a fight ?

In the Dark Knight Returns comic he talks about how he can weaponize Kryptonite in ways that go past just lasers and bullets and such. He could prob make an odorless, undetectable kryptonite gas that kills Supes in seconds, or some kind of virus that can do the same.

And getting really into the comics here, Batman has alien technology that would put tony stark to shame, and magic artiacts, superweapons, crazy stuff, etc. stored in the batcave that he doesn't use, so there's that

It's been going on for a good three years now. Yeah, it's alternate reality stuff, but Supes ain't fukking around.

At all.

The "real" reasons have already been stated by posters above. The writers pander to batman fans by either severely handicapping Supes or doing impossible shyt like bruce having kryptonite gum (yes, really).

there's no logical reason, which is why batman fans will never give you a logical answer, just various forms of " cause he batman"

Batman can win via the PIS-field (plot induced stupidity) and CIS-field (character induced stupidity). In other words, Batman shouldn't win but would via bad writing. We've seen this in comics that had the Black Cat not only beating Sabertooth, but was inches from killing him until a person begged her to stop hurting Sabertooth. Yeah, the same Sabertooth that gives Wolverine all he can handle was not just losing but being destroyed by the Black Cat. Terrible writing. We've seen Spider-Man beating the living crap out of Firelord, who has been blessed with the Power Cosmic like the Silver Surfer. In other words, Firelord fights out in space with cosmic powers but Spider-Man's fist was simply too much for him. Again, terrible writing.

For a long time, writers tend to make humans or low-level superhumans beat people much stronger than themselves and have great showings. All while writing cosmic level heroes stupidly and having them lose to regular people. I guess it sells. But it's bad from a technical standpoint.
