Its seems like there are about 10 of these coming out each month. What is that people like about it?
I personally find the first person view on a TV screen to be unplayable. Every time a third person game has the option of first person, I always stick with third person. Also I don't get whats fun about just shooting stuff all day?
Do these games even have plots and stuff to do other than shooting? I just don't know. The whole genre just seems weird to me.
The only time I can see myself playing FPS is when the graphics becomes so good its indistinguishable from real life and once its integrated with virtual reality so that first person view actually makes sense. Outside of that, I have zero interest.
