Jesus christ man, why have no dudes tried to rap over these beats. This album from a beats persepective might be Primo's manga opus. Yet, for all the mix tapes over the years, no one has jacked a beat off this album.

This album, b/c of the beats made Lil Dap and the the Nutcracker seem dope.

This has to be one of the best produced albums for making shytty rappers seem good, no?

The intro is a Wes Montgomery sample. But yeah, I never thought Dap was the problem, cuz his voice was ill IMO.

Was their not a beatles sample in their. I am not disagreeing with you. But I remember reading primo getting sued by EMI over the intro. I am not saying I am right.

It was a bit of the wild west, or the end of the wild west in the early 90's(When it came to samples).

Why do rappers, not jack beats off this album? shyt, we went through the early and mid 00's when Rappers where jacking old beats for mix tapes. Yet no rappers jacked beats off this album. The beats on this album are fukking ridiculous.

shyt, if meek came out with a Drake Diss record over livening proof, he could just say "turn my mike up" for christ sakes..

What primo did on this album, is crazy, fukking crazy.

You're right - and it wouldn't be super tough outshine the Dap and Nutcracker. They had a vibe on it, but someone who hopped on it with intention of going in could do some damage.
