Again, i would be dissapointed by the deception part of it and the insecurities it will trigger (i.e where do i stand moving forward). But if i knew this was a woman that is dedicated to our union as a family but just wants to fukk around... i THINK i could deal with it. I would probably do the same thing too

Of course you can. People do selfish, inconsiderate things to people they love every day. It's like saying "Can you truly love someone while lying to them?" or "Can you truly love someone while cursing them out?" or "Can you truly love someone while ignoring them?". I think people are confusing respect and/or consideration for love.
