This is nonsense since there have been many communities that pre colonization that existed relatively peacefully up until then. There are countries that are operating differently right now. But for some reason anything beneath perfection is considered failure. But you seem stuck on that and I don't think any proof I have that contradict what you're saying will change your mind so I'll just leave it alone
Yeah he's trying to find a utopia which by its definition can't exist. There are no perfect systems but there can be a compromise that works for the betterment of the whole instead of so few. But we got folks in here caping and copping please for capitalism which is crazy :scust:

And what is going on in communist countries today.
There's a top and a clear heirarchy.
Nikkas that think people are not going to try to enslave other people are fooling themselves.

The royal class does not think of themselves as equal to everybody else.
There’s no true communist or socialist countries. The closest we have is the swedens Netherlands and story like that. They live a better life than most US citizens while also living in a place that shouldn’t touch the best parts of the US.

This country has been putting out pro-capitalism propaganda since the turn of last century after workers formed a small socialist movement. And then this country form COINTELPRO to stomped the Leftists that were advocating for communism and socialism in the 60s and 70s.
Look how the Democratic Party treated Bernie Sanders

this discussion always devolves into semantics

i always wondered why we dont take the good parts of various systems of governance and come up with something new and fair instead of relying on what some egghead wrote 200 years ago. defenders of capitalism will point to corrupt dictatorships and go "see?" and someone else will just chime in "but that was a corruption of what marx said" or something like that. and nothing ever gets solved lol
Marxist Leninist Socialism is literally redistributing the wealth gained by Capitalism. Plenty of built on what Marx said. Which is why there are so many different strains of Socialism. As I repeated throughout this thread, Socialism is the gradual process of achieving Communism. Through that lens there were many examples of successful Socialist experiments. However western countries like the US tend to stomp these attempts out through funding coups or sanctioning the countries. Thomas Sankara is the most obvious example but I can provide more. I'm still waiting on you all to tell us where it's happening? Point it out.
