A lot of college coaches can do that.... even the ones running "gimmicky" offenses.... nikkas act like Mariota wasn't drafted right after Jameis..... or that Blake Bortles didn't run the spread at UCF and ended up getting drafted with the third pick....

um Notre Dame ran spread option frequently last year when he was QB including the game against us...No way he was gonna fit seamlessly in Jimbos system

ND offense is not spread option. Did they use some of the plays? Yes. A lot of teams do.You act like they ran it like Oregon. Kelly's offense is not spread option.

Nobody is going to jump into Jimbo's offense and produce great no matter how good you are. All of the QB's that have succeeded sat and learned for at least a year. Golson played like I expected. He wasn't bad until this last game. MacGuire has been in the offense for four years. The change had to be made.

Yea I know my point is that we took a chance on a short QB from a gimmicky offense which is counter to what Jimbo traditionally likes in QB...we wasted a championship level defense this year to due to the decision to take Golson smh

Havent allowed over 25 pts all season breh..in this era of College football thats championship level..If our offense was half competent against GA Tech and Clemson we would be ranked top 3 right now.
