I always thought the military was hard for an Enlisted Member to get fired from. Includes a lot of job security. And includes a lot of Pros/Cons.

Also a job that I haven't seen brought up yet is IT. You can either do your own thing or you can do your thing with a company.

The reason I chose to go to culinary school is bc food service is a profession that will always be in need. If you do what your supposed to do you can make around 40 to 80k depending on where you're working. It's not a glamorous job but it definitely pays and is always in need.

Work offshore, schools, hospitals any you have a steady job with good benifits.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Job security aka loyalty is almost a myth in any job especially nowadays. what jobs or careers have
the closest thing to a job security.

I'm guessing air traffic controller with mutiple years of experience directing air traffic, the skill and expertise involved coupled with the fact that it's almost recession proof makes it a good shout.

Another one is a career politician, if you are from a safe district, very popular in your district (mcconnell is a rare exception here) and know how to play the game then you are pretty much set for life and never have to worry about losing ends meet see Dianne feinstenn, Pelosi,Mcconnell, grassley, bernie etc

Any other ones

Any government job will have good job security. That’s why they are popular despite lower pay and lower growth.

i was appalled when i saw the salaries for a nhs nurse like 23-35,000 pounds which is like 30-35k usd

That's right and they are overworked as hell too as there's shortage of nurses and doctors in the NHS.

security in IT varies on what you actually do and your skillset..trust me its not always guaranteed

thats true I was more so thinking about the IT types I work with in the Army. They are all GS11 and above but yes they have to get in the door. But they do have certs and security clearances and years of experience...But once they are hired on they seem to just stay around.
