You know you have a good point when you come with the name calling. Was Doc considered a better coach than Karl 5 years ago? It's amazing what the right situation can do for you. Not hating on Doc but lets not forget that before the big 3 came along his resume included first round exits with T-Mac and losing his ass off with PP. A superstar is supposed to fit wherever. Wade and Bron play the exact same game. You dont' get less complimentary than that and they made it work because they are both capable of doing other things. Melo and Mare are supposed to be on that level and they aren't making it happen. That's the problem when you get caught up in one dimensional scorers instead of complete players.

He also had success with pp and Antoine . He's always been a better coach then Karl .5 years ago be had a bad record big deal look at the team . Karl has always underperformed .
Not to mention melo and amare have had only one season together and changed players and coaches .

Melo should sign to the heat for the veteran minimum

Lets be honest here breh..............No one has ever thought Melo and Amare, were on Wade and Bron's level. That's where you keep messing up at, no real NBA fan thinks those players are on the same level

There is a thread on here about how Amare used to school Duncan. Melo and Bron were constantly compared early in their careers. Let's not act like these guys have never been refered to as superstars.

If they aren't superstars why do people think the Knicks are gonna do anything then. They traded away all their depth. Lin may or may not be good next year. The cap room was gone when they signed Tyson. It's gonna be all about Melo and Amare carrying the load. I have said for years that they are both one-dimensional scorers who don't really bring much else to the table. So unless they change that the Knicks are gonna be a low seed and first round exit every year.

So You're Saying I Should Just Stop Being A Knicks Fan And Root For The Heat?

Would That Raise My Cool Points And Make Me A More Sucessful Person In Life?

That was supposed "he one of the realist and he can admit the knicks are doo doo"

My dude the knicks are irrelevant. Keep talking about sales when your team look like a bunch of headless chickens on the court

What Is Irrelevant To You? Are The Hawks Relevant? Are The Orlando Magic Relevant? Are The Indiana Pacers Relevant?

What Have They Won?

I will agree that Doc is a better coach than Karl but it's not like he's John Kuester or anything. Karl is a good enough coach that you can't really use him as an excuse for Melo's shortcomings.

It's Melo's fault they changed players and coaches. They were looking pretty good before he got there. They gutted the team for him and Antoni is gone because of him. It's up to Melo to prove he's worth all that.

No..i respect your loyalty..but 12 years of sucking so bad for such a great city has to hurt..its not that weird to see people give up hope on the knicks...shyt is just depressing.
