I wish Melo never left Denver, they would be right behind the Thunder for best in the West. It's alot easier to compete with the Thunder than to deal with the Heat.
With Lawson turning into a top 10 PG, all he needed was a consistent paint presence(like a Tyson Chandler) and they probably could have beat the Thunder.
He pretty much ruined his career going to the Knicks and playing with Stat. Seems like he's gaining nothing in NYC. He's not any more popular than he was in Denver. He's not going to win a ring there. And on top of that people are looking at him as a worse player than he was when he was in Denver. 3 years ago I could have said Melo was top 5 and nobody would laugh at me, now dudes don't even believe he's top 10.

It was basically the same as Melo's and KG took way more shyt for it than Melo has. I always point to the talent that KG had during his time in Minny but Melo has had just as much if not more. Let's not forget all the dikksucking that went on after Denver made the playoffs in Melo's rookie year. Once KG got to Boston though he changed his game and became a beast on defense and had no probelem fitting in with other talented players and they immediately won. You sure you wanna compare those two?
