1- I don't know nothing about Lance Thomas' game lol
2 - most of those guys have at least 1 NBA skill they can provide in a role player capacity, even if it's just size and energy
3 - most of those guys will at least accept being a role player/bench guy and do what they can when called on. Melo literally laughed at the idea of coming off the bench a year ago and even now its a problem/news story if Melo is ever played like a real role guy meaning he'll sometimes only play 10 mns a night or may even get a DNP.
4 - Its clear Melo COULD help a team in some ways but only if he is willing to and accepts those roles. So far he hasn't been and that's the real reason he's not in the league. That and the fact that him on the roster brings a ton of attention and media for a guy that at this point isn't really worth that headache.

or is he willing to suit up if the Suns, Bulls, Hornets, or Cavs hit his line at this point?
I’m sure there has to be at least ONE
