A guy I know has a dealer's license. I just went up there with him, test drive van before hand. Once the ones i like came up I told him how high to bid.

I paid 2k, I'm sure I could get 4k for it easily. It's a one owner van. Just like this. So much room. I dont' really drive my Maxima anymore.

I think it just seems like it because of inflation. I remember when $40k was enough to get a nice car, like entry level 3 series was in low 30s brand new

I disagree, they have so many cars at so many price points. People just gotta realize if you have a Toyota Yaris budget, then stop trying to fit your way into a loaded Camry. Furthermore, I get why new cars are more expensive, people are keeping cars longer as reliability has increased as well as warranties. So many used deals out there, no reason to buy brand new unless you have the cash to blow.

I drove it, the transmission and engine were smooth. The belts looked good. The AC and Heat worked. Checked for leaks and the color of the fluids. I bought a vag scanner from Amazon for 20$. Had only 1 code, O2 sensor.

Just came from a 8 hour trip in it. I love it.

I have an 2016 Maxima I'm still paying on. Bought a 2004 Sienna from a dealer auction for 2k. I drive it more than the maxima. I want to trade it in.

What trim level and mileage for the Maxima? My Celica is breaking down (190,000 miles) and I’m trying to get a Maxima once out of Brooklyn in the spring. That sienna will last forever. My parents got a new one Christmas time 1997 and we got 13 years & 260,000 miles before the transmission blew out.

My max sv has 60k mile, all in 2 years. I've been driving the Van mostly, I love it. its lowkey and tides great. Drive to Houston, no problems.

I going to always keep a van from now on. Love the roominess, I can literally sleep comfortable in it. I've slept in the maxima smh. I like to travel cheaply
