The 2022 pick is probably a 1st round pick if Carson stay healthy.

I thought the deal is that the Eagles get the Colts 2022 first round pick if Carson start 75% of the games?
There's two scenarios :I misread, I thought he had to make the playoffs for them to get any firsts
I'm surprised they had a condition as low as only 75% of the snaps. Attaching the playoff condition made sense, but I'm not sure if hypothetically the Colts were 6-5 during the season that would warrant enough to bench him assuming he was only playing at around an average levelThe 2022 pick is probably a 1st round pick if Carson stay healthy.

That’s an absolute steal for someone who was in mvp contention a few years ago
If Zach Wilson falls don’t be surprised to see Philly grab him. I want Chase though. That's crazy cheap compared to Stafford.
Eagles is Jalen Hurts' team now.
Wentz could easily be worth it if he can get some protection.
Philly makes good picks, it's a good trade.
Colts get a project in wentz, that if it works out great, if not they didn’t give up too much for him. Jacoby is stuck as the backup and if wentz is complete trash he will start in time to stop the picks they gave up from increasing in value. Eason gets another year of development, and potentially groomed to take over in the following season.
I don’t see Jacoby coming back. He’s a free agent and is already showcasing frustration with the Wentz move on social media.this is what i was thinking.
before i was like "man the eagles shouldve got brissett out the deal".
then when i read the conditions, i was like![]()
For the Eagles, that conditional lotto pick could land anywhere from the 2nd round to the top 10 since it's based solely on Wentz playing 75% of the snaps. That's a good compromise from both sides.
