I heard they're firing mostly US based workers in favor of the employees in India. Per the course for lots of US based multinationals. Who now have more foreign based employees than American.

Wow that’s fukked. I work in IT and I already know my day is gonna be ruined if I have to work with clients in India that day. You’re either gonna get the stupidest person you’ve ever met or a goddamn genius. Seems like there is no in-between out there.

I know quite a few companies that outsourced IT jobs to Eastern Europe and are now sweating bullets. Especially if the conflict expands to other countries. They want cheaper labor but don't do any due diligence on the politics of these regions. Then when shyt hits the fan wants their US based teams to pickup the slack. When we no longer have the numbers to carry teams overseas.
