Wow that’s fukked. I work in IT and I already know my day is gonna be ruined if I have to work with clients in India that day. You’re either gonna get the stupidest person you’ve ever met or a goddamn genius. Seems like there is no in-between out there.

I've worked with people in India more than I'd like and it's typically more of the former than the latter. They can make up their credentials and pass it off as their own.

This company won't exist by the end of the FY. 4000 were laid off due to his initial firings which tarnished the brand. Add to it that the market is now one where you're trying to sell mortgages to new customers and it gets that more difficult.
