Whats the diffwrench between a "hood" and a regular predominantly black neighborhood?Ok, why do people proudly proclaim what hood they're from? Think of the people who do this and their reason for it.

What kind of question is this?
If didn't understand or can't answer then question then you shouldn't have responded. Go sit your crackhead ass down somewhere. What kind of question is this?
There are black suburbs....so you're saying those are hoods?
Also, there are whites, Asians, Hispanics, middle Eastern, etc in the hood. Why in the fukk do blacks always have to be associated with the hood?
I answered it in the second sentence of my post you retarded fukking fakkit, its not my fault you didn't get it.If didn't understand or can't answer then question then you shouldn't have responded. Go sit your crackhead ass down somewhere.
You don't answer questions with questions dumbfukk. I asked what's the difference between a "hood" and a prominently black neighborhood. You didn't answer that question.I answered it in the second sentence of my post you retarded fukking fakkit, its not my fault you didn't get it.

oh yeah.. fukk the hood
fukk the environment, fukk the mindset it breeds, fukk the consequences one faces for just being dealt those cards.

Hood is where poor people live.Whats the diffwrench between a "hood" and a regular predominantly black neighborhood?
First bold is true in damn near any hood. Second bold is partially true people won't say fukk the hood but its many people that say they aren't coming back, speak on the negatives, etc. Basically saying fukk the hood without saying fukk the hood.Nobody chooses their parents
Nobody chooses to be born in that environment
Some people are able to get out early on..sent to live with other family members in a better area, parents situation improves and they move etc
Some get out after high school, college, landing a good job
But most people get stuck..all their family, friends live in the hood
There are millions of people who live normal lives in hoods all over the States. Not every Hood is the same..not every hood is some warzone.
I used to live in S.W.A.T..Southwest Alief Houston Tx a long time ago..some call it 'Hood' due to all the crime in the area. But if you aint bout that life, its just a normal low rent area.Plenty of nice houses, luxury apartments and a diverse demographic
Thats another issue..any area where rent is cheap and affordable=Hood
nikkas and Hispanics gonna move in so it automatically gets called Hood
I was making good money but i chose to move there just to stack
Close to Highways, close to shopping and all that good shyt..but it was still Hood
But i will move back in a heartbeat and never have to worry bout a cotidamn thing
Even if one is able to get out..you will never hear them say 'fukk the hood'..this is just some internet shyt
Why is some "thug" running around puffing his chest out gang bangin yellin "this my hood nikka" the only context you people are thinking in? This is what makes me wonder about the site's clientele. Not every black hood or neighborhood is some ghetto or project. "Hoods" in the stereotypical sense or low income government funded housing neighborhoods to be more accurate, aren't just located in the inner cities. So to answer the other cat's reflective question, yes there are "hoods" in the suburbs. Gentrification is real shyt. Most black neighborhoods are on some lower middle class shyt, at best. Most blacks are living below the lower middle class standard to keep it a 100. Gentrification has them building government funded housing in the suburbs now. So most predominantly black suburban neighborhoods have that element. The percentage of blacks living on some upper middle class shyt is not that high, and those types don't usually live in predominantly black neighborhoods. If you're living in a predominantly black neighborhood, it's the hood. Y'all are playing yourselves.Technically it can be said there isn't a difference. Realistically, people from black well-to-do neighborhoods don't puff their chest out and yell, "My hood!" That's reserved for people yelling about Brownsville or Pork n beans or any number other housing projects. And we know the reason they boast their hood isn't because their hood has the most outstanding citizens or highest grade point average.
Not true at all..Hood is where poor people live.
i'm not canadian. Not true at all..
They are plenty of middle class and folks with good jobs in the 'hood'
Asians, whites and well to do buying nice cribs or living in luxury apartments or condos
Things are cheap in the hood so a lot of frugal people live there
Frugal doesnt mean poor..
Yall Canadians watch too many movies
