so

this is why our defense sucks now

release veteran leadership and leave nothing behind to fill the gap

charles woodson ain't the reason our D was ass cheeks, its TT drafting undersized EVERYBODY and forcing them into positions they're not ready for

you release CW because casey hayward had one good season??? did we forget where SS was at last year??? this is cullen jenkins all the fukk over again. Who is playing SS then??? There is zero/zilch of foundation on this defense for you to be releasing veteran players without forcing a restructure.

oh and aj IS STILL ON THIS GOD DAMN TEAM :bustback:

Unfortunately, this is how TT operates. They saw the youngins hold the fort till the end of the season but we are going to miss his ability at the line.

I kind of wished we resign him at a lower salary but :manny:

We're gonna lose Jennings too.

didnt look good at all

i think hes done, and hes one of my all time favs. did not make the seamless transition that Rod Woodson and others did to S

of course not, when your front 7 puts no pressure whatsoever on the opposing qb

despite his troubles covering, he was still the best tackler on the field (think about that) and was always able to get to the ball

he should've been used as a bob sanders, troy p type

they had him in limited space @ SS when i saw him, Burnett was covering the deep middle. its possible a team like Houston could use him a little better, Denver has had luck with vets like Lynch and Dawkins lord knows they need some brains back there

41st was the worsest turf on the earth...
Woody had to adjust to safety. He didn't train in the offseason to play safety. Just found out the first day of camp that he would be a safety in the base D. I think with a whole offseason to train he's gonna mirror what Rod Woodson did at the position. And we all know how getting released before lit a fire under his ass. Top 5 favorite Packer of all time for me.

Despite A-Rodge's dominance it's crazy to think that our window might be closing already. It looked like we were going to be Patriot like contenders for a while and I don't see us even being as good as we were this year next season and we weren't really that good this year.

We might have another "fart in the wind" on our hand brehs. :wow:

both of these losses are inexcusable

we kept finley for 6.5 million per yr to drop balls on a team with 5 better receivers

we kept and RESIGNED AJ Hawk after he was labeled one of the worse starting lb's in the league

but we allow our mgmt to scapegoat the veteran players that ACTUALLY contribute :boss:
