I was there like 3 years ago in a random January and couldn’t find shyt to do.. mall looked like they were about to start filming the Walking Dead later… just small families of zombies scattered about. Had some random bbq and took my talents to Durham. A little better but not as many black people. Maybe I just went at a bad time. I asked some people where the spots at and they gave me the shoulder shrug.. that’s never a good sign imo. Ima go back though during a busier time.

I don't even know where to start with the dumb shyt that is being said in this thread, but I'll just agree with what brehs have already addressed that nobody who actually lives in Charlotte is calling it "next Atlanta." I haven't heard anyone say that in real life since the 2000s. 
This was a thing that was said YEARS ago but people here smartened up and realized we don't want to turn into ATL. Anyone still calling it that either doesn't live here or has only lived here a short time. Which brings up another weird thing about Charlotte discussions in that people who haven't spent much or any time here act like they have definitive knowledge of the city and will tell you what Charlotte is or isn't.

Like if these are serious questions, he could articulate it better than I ever could.
He’s hosted over the years hundreds of Hip Hop events that saw not just poets but local MCs, DJ, BBoys take the stage and many outdoor effect with collaboration of many of our GraffitI artist as if you‘ve drove around the city, you’d see a bunch of murals all over the city
