That's the fukked up thing about it. With you and me, we grew up and could utilize our own knowledge and research. We didn't have an AI on our phones that instantly gives you an answer, regardless of accuracy. These kids are growing up side by side with AI. Ultimately, it falls on parents to teach their children how to properly research and utilize critical thinking skills.

It started going off on a tangent on something that didn't even exist for an image I uploaded recently. It was the strangest thing, like it legit started a whole new topic like it had DID. I reasked and reframed the question, even added to the prompt, that is not in the image.

Reaffirmed for me that it will never be 100%, nor should we use it for 100% of things.

Chatgpt gets things wrong all the time and hallucinates alot. Its on you to discern what information is useful and what isnt.

I remember I was trying to discuss Stephing Kings The Running Man with it and it started just making shyt up about the book to go along with what I was saying..I had just finished reading it so I knew it was wrong.

If you tell it anything it'll just start agreeing with you.

Breh, I was having a back and forward about biblical topics. I told it something like “apples are the true essence of oranges.” It agreed then started to spew a bunch of bs that connected the dots.
