Its nice out here...especially for a young single male.

Kansas City, MO....as much as I use to complain about, I actually miss the down south friendliness to it. Affordable, and as long as you stay on the north side or Johnson County you'll be away from the First 48 camera crews. bytches is type easy and if you want to buy a house, you'll lol at the prices in nice neighborhoods in comparison to what these east coasters pay $$$$$$ for

Oklahoma City is cheap, but the severe weather out there would drive me crazy. Anywhere in this cluster around KY is nice IMO. As long as there are at least 150K people in the city.

Down south in general is cheap.

Most parts of Michigan are fairly cheap too, you can get a reasonable apartment for under $500 a month, but the downsides are:

-Highest car insurance rates in the country
-Hard to find a job, and a lot of employers will pay crappy wages because they can get away with it
