Well Grant fukked up pretty much every pick but Kyrie . Thompson at 4th was a huge reach, Bennett over Noel or Oladipo , and Waiters over Drummond.

Seems like this organization just forces their vision without being patient.

This trade seems forced as well. Iman hasn't been good since his knee blew out and JR smith could really be a negative.

They have a pretty brutal January schedule. They aren't healthy. Aren't on the same page with Blatt.

They haven't been practicing much because of the way schedule has been. And they will/have been bringing in new players over the next month or so.

Well, the basketball people most likely know what theyre doing. Its Gilbert that apparently interferes. Also, the Browns are run the same way with Haslam wanting Manziel and basically everyone else in the organization says "fukk no" leading to a divide between personnel.

All I want is for them to get the remaining transactions done ASAP. Get everyone healthy as possible and get to it. Feb, March, and April scheduling is much better than what they will see in January.
