Memphis was fine for me. Finding out I was in a "bad" spot during the years I spent there travelling for work was kinda funny (Hickory Hill)

Most of my Chicago time was near O'Hare by my old job spot, so ehhh to that area which is mostly cac. Midway area was aite, nothing crazy.

You have to link them with the DISTRIBUTION of crimes

The Chicago murder rate is deceiptive because it does not tell you where the murders are concentrated.

Over 20 US cities broke their all time murder rate during the drill era. Certain cities: Philadelphia, Memphis, & Baltimore just off the top of my head broke their all time murder rate in the last decade, records previously set in the crack era
