from the government programs that started the education process about drugs in our community. that listed the symptoms, effects, street names etc.
originally the gen that used crack thought they were getting a cheap form of peruvian flake made a different way more economic way for consumption.

a drug that the public was not properly educsted on as well.
as the profits from heroin were used to fund the countryz
just as much as marijuana and cocaine was used to fund our rebellion and liberation/independenace from british rule as well.
