first off colleges with black programs are purposefully there to fail you out of the university. in a revemue grab like system, with overprocessed harder curriculum. heads and shoulders above the standard university curriculum.
i know that for a fact. so that is just deflection and a hidden agenda to also weed us out of actually really acquiring a full education.
the black family was more intact in previous gens.
all because ecnomically that is how the government needed it to.
after ruining the economy themselves and needing economic aid to rebuild it.

why do you think they desegregated education, but actually reapplied it segregation in education via taxing.
why do you think they eliminated women in the welfare system from having a man in the house? when racial lines were at a peak and work was scarce because of racism.
why do you think they eliminated affirmative action?
why do you think they took away reparations originally to the groups and outposts who were originally given them.
