Hiring a defensive minded coach when you've got a young QB who has to be salvaged seems like a bad decision. Same thing going on with the Giants...if my goal is to see if I can fix Daniel Jones, why would I hire a defensive minded coach like Frazier or Flores?

breh last time i check sean mcdermott is a defensive coach he hired the right staff to develop josh allen and now look allen is a top 5 QB the offensive guru shyt don't work all the time at head coach i just want the bears to hire the right coach that can put together a strong staff that can develop fields i want to see who matt hire at OC before i say anything about this is a bad hire for fields developmentComing from the guy who just said they loved this hire.
