What is downtown Chicago? The Miracle Mile? That shyt is dead by 9pm
What was the point in specifying continental USA? Is he implying Hawaii or Alaska have a better downtown?

It is. It's situated nicely in my opinion right on the border of Kentucky
which is where you'd rather be than Cincinnati.
