Breh, went to the O'Jays and Isley Brothers farewell concert last month. When Ron Isley did his set and played Contagious, he had a video and when R Kelly came on the screen, the nikka got a standing ovation. I'm talking about wall to wall. And the room was full of old heads.


Chicago nikkas is not changing how they feel about R Kelly.

man, I was out in jackson park last summer as well and nikkas was bumpin kells loud as fukk out there with no fukks given. I don't hear it in many cars, but u will hear it at cookouts and what not still.

I started coming to stl because I was buying and flipping houses. Living in New York you know that even if you have 300k plus just sitting around u can’t do shyt with your money. Everything is too expensive you just another nikka

I moved here full time because you can do w.e you want out here and get away with anything unlike new York.

As a breh looking to buy soon, Bronzeville and East Garfield Park are on my list...AFTER the surrounding neighborhoods get bulldozed and remade. I saw some dope two-flats that unfortunately had wide open back yards where you park. I don't wanna be in any place where I drive in at night and folks can pop up on me that lived 3 blocks over in a worse area.

People don't realize Chicago is a big ass city, it ain't a ghetto city like Detroit and Baltimore which has run down neighhborhoods all over the city with good parts sprinkled

Be careful. Detroit is a historical big black city with lots of nice neighborhoods. Rosedale Park, PalmerWoods,Sherwood Forest and the University District are still very nice.
