young nikkas like keef don't care to go back and listen to older stuff like that. That's cool and I respect him for admitting it.
But..
I missed out on NWA, Kane, Eric b and Rahim, slick rick etc... and I made the effort to go back and listen to their shyt. Hip hop has a history and we should appreciate it.
He never struck me as a rapper historian by any means...not surprising...not everyone treats hip hop like a nerd hobbyist...he just grew up on shyt that was the soundtrack of his life
makes sense. shyt i'm 30 and missed big & pac's run by a year...i guess i got into music like right after big died in 97.
Dude pac had dope albums coming out in the early 2000s that was doing numbers![]()
