Child Support card that can only be spent on the child; Women are against it

No women would agree with it. Most women don't use the money how it's intended. people disagree with 'how it's intended.' my mother put it directly into a savings account for me. it wasn't used how it could have been, but was she wrong? additionally, there are men who disagree with the card idea too. i think you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who has primary custody who would be in support of it.

That's why I love living in AZ. They got it right. You only pay child support if you can't do the 50/50 custody. That is what is issued by the court. i like that, my state has something similar. joint custody takes into consideration both parents income. primary physical custody only looks at the noncustodial parent.

That's how it should be. Both parents raising the child. Not the mother and she just gets crazy money each month

Technically thats how it works in most places. If u paying child support and get joint custody, depending on income and guidelines ran based on both parties income, u can even get a role reversal. And she has to pay you! If u r paying too much in support, and she states she has the kid 300 days out the year, and that isn't true and you can prove it. Request a modification, prove that you make less than when they established the order. And that you have your kids more than what she says. And that amount will decrease. Some men don't even realize they can reduce the support amount. And women think they can't get ordered to pay even though originally it was ordered for dad to pay.

You don't need an attorney but you do need to know what paper work to file. And many states and counties that have help desks that's can assist. They can't give legal advice but they can assist making sure your paper work gets filed. Custody is tough, but its not impossible, and going through a modification process can change shyt big time. See women get humbled by being ordered to pay or to get their support cut in half. They start to see how the man feels paying a grip when she works or has another husband or lives with mom and dad.

I worked in the child support field and seen many times, men who didn't just lay down and let the system fukk them, and turned the tables. Happened all the time. A lot of people don't want to put in the effort to change shyt...they like their free time maybe.

as a national program, it won't ever be accepted. it's intrusive and costly to even try to enforce.
on an individual level, only using it for clothing four times a year? can't use it towards bills? as many have stated, a part of rearing a child involves shelter, electricity, water (washing their clothes). can i buy junior's plane ticket with it? can i put gas in the car because i drive them to school and that's completely out of the way for work? what about their extracurricular activities, can we pay the karate teacher with this card?

it's a babysitting program suggested because people suspect that they can't/shouldn't trust the mother (or father) of their child. if there were things that this card didn't cover, but were still for the child, many noncustodial parents wouldn't help make the difference up because they already pay child support. but the money would be inaccessible

They have no idea what they are talking about. You can tell...all they can think about is how can i avoid these women to take my money. I want more men to have custody of children...it will be epic to see. I do not doubt that women who use kids as a meal ticket would be upset but I honestly believe that the stigma for women not raising kids alleviates more women woul be open to let men have custody og the children.

This is not an issue of women but one of a bad woman that made your life hell. Be careful what you wish for but same can be said of men. You don't hear of stepfathers because they are less hands on than women. Plus you hear of bad husbands/bad fathers/bad boyfriends. Stepmothers usually want to protect their own children and see the child of the ex as competition to whatever favour the man may give. Why arent your parents together?
