The child and the child only. The mother still has to provide housing and the rest of necessities that she herself uses.

I have no kids, but my cousin and one of my best friends have/are going thru this. They are completely stand up dudes that had some worthless hoes with them. And they want nothing more than to have full custody and they should. Both have jobs and take care of business. Both of their ladies cheated on them and doing God knows what.

And now they gotta send these low life's their money. It's a joke of a system.

not to mention you handing over your tax return every month

so lets see a father has to pay damn near 10 grand in a year and these mfs wanna complain bytch live in your car or work 2 jobs just so someone takes half your check while you still keep all your money (if she works) or your live with another man so now the father is paying YA'LL bills

I'm sure you're aware that not every woman (that gets child support) actually gets $350.
My sister is supposed to get $60/week from her baby daddy. You want to know how much she got? $75 for the month.
This is a guy that hasn't filed his taxes in like two or three years, because he know it will all go to her (because he pays CS whenever he feels like paying). He almost got arrested for not paying (I think he owes something like $10,000.)

She was a problem from the jump. She got in a fight with a church member who was preggo. Cursed the members out and I apologized for it being the man that I am. The whole situation was a tragic one. One I blamed myself a thousand times for. I tried to do right for my child. I tried everything but that woman had demons. Too many and she swear on everything that everyone else is the problem.

Another thing, don't come for me with that sob story nonsense. Not everyone took epic L's. I know few who have and I really feel for them and try my best to be there for them.

I even paid CS when I relocated. I always paid. Always. I always was on Skype. I was always their for the kid. I know you know a girl who got done dirty but that was NEVER the case here. I blame myself for believing another human being. That was my fault on that.

His BM literally put him on child support because he broke up with her and started seeing other women.

In my opinion...the courts need to be gender neutral on who they award custody of the child. Especially if the child has reached a certain age. I am all for more men being custodians of their kids if the court deemed them fit.

Not saying a women should have her mortgage, cable , lights and everything paid in full but if she is housing the child then the child is contributing in some manner to these expenses. There has to be some reasonable ground in between it all.
