I live in Texas and use to handle child support cases. Attorney General will take a minimum of 20% and up to 50% if dude is behind payments yet you want me to believe your boy makes a lil over $13k a month at the least . And if he is caked up like that and his baby mama is so trife why doesn't he have custody? Obviously he could provide a much better life instead of bytching about how the childs mother has no need for so much of his money not to mention he doesn't have to question how funds are being used for the child because he's the one doing majority of the providing.

And someone said it already, most of these dudes solution to the trifling broads that's misusing all the child support money isn't to go and try to get custody. It's to run and try to get the amount reduced.

1. Daycare is paid on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis where I live. Some parents even pay by the day.

2. Children have many other expenses aside from daycare. So if the father's portion of child support is ONLY $300 per month (in this example), which was only half of daycare, then no, it was not 50/50 for the total care of the child.

3. In cases where father's think they should delegate where their child support money goes when they aren't even paying close to 50% of the total financial cost of the child, then yes the $300 is measly and he should STFU about what the mother does with the money.


As far as why a mother would take a man downtown for child support, the situation varies for each person. There are mothers that do it out of spite and ones that believe the father should share in the financial responsibility when it comes to raising a child and the father refuses to do so for whatever reason.

I think this thread relates more to nikkas that don't pay a measley 300$ and pertains to nikkas who make that guap....when chicks is gettin thousands a month that bytch should have to keep receipts,then we should be able to go to a judge and challenge that support ruling if excessive spending on bullshyt is found to be happening...sum of these chicks gettin over.
