But theres a limitation on total amount you can give up thats not even based on ur income so I think the most you could possibly pay is like 24k a year or something similar... you can sue your spouse for irreparable damages though but thats more if you a rich nikka and you decided to not break off your kids and ex period. thats a W tho, it aint like u werent taking care of the kids i respect that the judge was bein fair on that.
