What if the man doesn't want sympathy and just wants full custody because he's more fit to financially take care of the kid without the womans help,taking full responsibility.... or even 50/50 custody where yall split time and nobody pays the other child support? That takes care of the whole "men need to take responsibility" claim,and theres no sympathy necessary.

Most men don't want to raise young children so I'm not sure what your point is. Should kids be taken away and sent to live with rich strangers if a woman doesn't make a lot of money? No, that is absurd. Should kids be sent to be raised by a nanny while dad is at work all day just because the mom doesn't make a lot? No. If that is not what you were asking, then ask again.
Moms and dads are a team. Period. I believe that men and women have different roles in life. If you don't believe that, there are plenty of women who will compete with you, prove they don't need you, and all that other stuff. Good for them.
That's not the example that was set for me and that is not how I live. I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself and my children financially if need be, but that's not my job right now. I am glad I don't have a bum ass husband or a bum ass father so my money will sit until my family needs it. And my husband will continue to provide for our daily financial needs with me as his number one supporter.

...and its definitly factors outside of simply trying that come into play....most importantly the state you live in very few states will a court lean toward 50/50 custody automatically....Its not looking good for the daddy if yall wasnt married
....also most states aint granting 50/50 custody unless both sides agree to it,if not courts will decide....if you get 50/50 you might still be paying child support....you as the father need to move close as shyt to the mother to even give yourself a chance typically...not to mention money for a lawyer.But the most important thing is the fact its not often granted in most states unless both parents decide on they own to do it....being that the court leans towards the woman why the hell would most women agree to give up power and share 50/50,and just the extra time with they kids no evil intentions involved?
whether its hate for the man or love of they children why the hell would they give up time knowing courts lean they way almost all the time unless shes a horrible woman?

I have never put my ex on child support, because he loves his kids and does what he can for them. Everything with child support enforcement is just assbackwards anyway.

Get put in jail, ok now you can't see the kids, lose your job, and have that on your record when you go for a new job.
I'd rather my kids be raised by a father who is present in their lives on a constant basis, then a dude signing a check and that's it. Money changing hands doesn't make you a good father, and don't need this corrupted ass prison for profit justice system taking my kids dad away if he runs into a rough patch.
