China Mac going at Ebro over his usage of the N word

Two Filipino (or any race) kids calling themselves nikka to one another has nothing to do with me. You say anything to me in the wrong tone or context and it could be an issue, nikka included but running around policing the word nikka, expecting people to censor themselves when they rap a long with songs that have the word nikka in them a mile a minute, is stupid.

I'm not about to fight for my right to nikkadom, especially in the context where in which I'm supposed to feel offended and degraded or like I'm being pushed as the face of ignorance, I'm cool on investing any energy into that.

Yeah exactly. Running around to police the word nikka is too much energy unless someone is coming at you on some negative shyt, or if it's a random ass person you don't know.

My child is Puerto Rican and says nikka, so does her mother, lol, I grew up with Puerto Ricans and dominicans saying it all day just like we do so Fat Joe wouldn't bother me. That's me tho, other black men may have an issue with it and that's their right to check him on it if they see fit. I grew up in the Strawberry manors in sac where there was a mix of nikkas, Laotians, hmongs, tongans etc. We all grew up together, played hoop, hustled, shot at nikkas, etc. (not me, them) Growing up in the same hood being exposed to the same shyt created a family aka culture. We all called each other my nikka. In my opinion it's not black and white, and on an even grand'er level, words only take the power we give them.

You're right and that makes sense but someone like China Mac, when told by a black person that they don't want him saying that word, would tell you that you're wrong and explain why instead of just respecting you as a black person who feels uncomfortable when non-blacks are saying it. If everybody around you is okay with it, like you're saying, then that's fine...but as soon as someone expresses to you that they're not okay with it then its just basic respect to refrain from using it in their presence. Vice did a recent tiny doc on the Asian community and hip hop and most of it was about Asians or this one Asian rapper from Long Beach who always uses it.

All the black folks around him let him use it and he won’t stop because he claims that’s how he grew up.

EBro also said he isn’t cool with this rapper using the N word. He was even questioned about it by LA radio and same story.

To be honest Asians in NYC are no where near gangsta as the ones in Cali and finding a China Mac is extremely rare.
