This is completely random but I see black people working in Asian owned establishments all the time. I've never seen a black person working in a Hispanic owned establishment. Like ever! No shade to anyone just truff.

I think the real issue is is that if China doesnt do it, it isnt getting done. None of the naysayers have told us who will be doing the investing. It won't be the Haitian government investing in their own country so it needs to be another country. All countries are self interested and China isnt the Red Cross. I think we all need to get out of our feelings and make sure that China invests in the Human capital of Haiti.
