As far as the adult men in our community

We really need to start OWNING more businesses so we can employ our brothers, teach them job skills, we need to teach everybody in the community the importance of education and hold it to a much higher standard

The toughest part is getting black folks to stop fearing "going to the doctor" the "I don't need help" mentality has to be changed

its been said plenty of times the black community has a lot of mental illnesses that are unadressed and being ignored

A lot of our people are sick. Due to the environment and they need HELP but we have to find intelligent talented blacks in the psych field that can make change

I'd like to see a boom in black psychologists, black students in the psych field period

Funny because my friend, a black girl in my psych class feels the same

This nikka has had to fire 1/2 of the Black Men he's employed because they just refused to prioritize work.

He had to replace them with Pablo and Emanuel otherwise his biz was gonna go under from the loss of customers.

How do you propose we help Brothers in the situation who are attempting to help nikkas out and they being ungrateful, flaky and disrespectful?

It's work for a Black man and earn $10/hr or work for a White man and target earning the same money. nikkas will obey the White Man more than the Black small biz owner.

And let me not forget the biggest problem - A Black Woman will clown a nikka trying to go the straight and narrow and give p*ssy to nikkas who say "fukk it" and start running cons, scams and illegal activities. They view the Black man holding down a job as a "Soft" and "Weak" nikka and he can't "Protect her" but Tyrone Digga can "Protect" her ass from Rikers Island or Upstate right?

Please expand on this. Because there are a lot of young nikkas on my FB that are having problems.

This one dude is a skater and he keeps getting attracted to these fake hotep afrique hipster sisters. And of course after they fukk a few times they toss him to the curb for the next new shiny toy.

I can't guide them because I just went with Women who were attracted to me and saw my value as is when I was their age. As you can probably guess none of them were Black.

But how can these young nikkas start selecting better or attracting better quality sisters without compromising their individuality and trying to conform?

Luckily black culture is so broad now being black is enough. Things they need to work on: A)raising their standard of hygiene. B)consistency C)stfu&listen/read
D)being a good partner.

Being a beautiful black woman takes hella time and care. If they can take the time to do all that and look that fukking good consistently you should too.

Any woman I'm with is the most beautiful woman in the room. And as her partner I'm obligated to compliment her. Stfu and let her talk about anything. If she's talking you're getting to know her. Read her body language. Look her in the fukking eyes. Black women got body and they glow. Men stare. They notice. If you do those things she'll trust you. From there anything is possible.

Be direct about what your intentions are. Go places there are lots of black women. Be open. I know I want kids and a wife. I meet girls at work, school, and the park because that's where I can find the kind of girl I'm looking for. I moved to a predominantly black town too.

Everyone is different. But being honest about who you are and what you want is step one. Anything is hard to find when you will not open your eyes. Be proud and black. I skate and listen to a lot indie music. Most people think I'm bizarre.

Lol I really throw my people for a loop. I put black before anything and I'm not shy about discussing race anywhere. I think my fearlessness and fukk white people attitude does it. I know rock was invented by black people. Black people been skating since the 60s. We've always worn fitting clothes and valued education and politics. I stopped being friends with white people.
