People are citing drugs but I don't think Hemsworth used anything to get into Thor shape. He was 25 when he was casted and never lifted weights at that point. Anything after is maintenance or reshaping if he's off.

That being said, his trainer isn't right, most people need all the help they can get.
They're all using PEDs

A lot of them are but I don't believe every single one of them needs/needed PEDs, it's mainly cats making drastic transformations and/or being leaner and bigger than ever at an advanced age. I don't think early and mid 20s dudes who were already of an athletic build and never lifted needs PEDs to make a transformation in a year.

But they don't get a year, the have three to six month, in between shooting schedueles, promotional work and a host of other things they have to do as part of their job. These guys claim they spent four to six hours in the gym five to six days a week and eat 5000 - 8000 calories a day to gain ridculous amounts of lean muscle in three month. That's just not humanly possible.

They don't always have 3 to 6 months, the window isn't always that short particularly for a new franchise. Chris had about 8 months. The six hour training and 5000 calorie stuff is unrealistic but for him in particular I don't think drugs was necessary. Cats pushing 40 suddenly becoming an action figure is different.

Bodybuilderbrehs are yall really out there eating 4500 calories a day :picard:

Thats around 4 or more days worth of food for me. I had no idea nikkas had to eat like that to get brolic. I can imagine that shyt probably cost a ton.

Yes, we/they do.

These nikkas putting on 20 plus pounds of lean muscle a year while still maintaining low body fat is extremely sus. Anyone who works out knows out almost impossible that is, and everyone of these mcu nikkas has god tier dbz genetics :mjlol: ?

So. Cal
Creatine you need to drink a lot of water or you can fukk up your kidneys
Also resulting in retaining water weight
Protein shakes aren't NECESSARY if you are getting sufficient protein in your diet.
You'll see bodybuilders eating a lot cause they gotta feed their muscles
6 meals a day and shyt
6 eggs for breakfast and shyt
if you aint tryna do all that, protein shakes are a substitute.
I take a break from all supplements for like a 3 month period to purge my body of the bullshyt.

No hate but this is a false bro science babble.

There have been ZERO cases of creatine affecting the kidneys in normal healthy people.

Creatine only affects those with kidney issues to begin with. It has been the most studied supplement and there has been no reports of creatine fukking anybody uo who didnt have a prior kidney issue

Six eggs for breakfast like somebody mentioned earlier - 36g protein
Couple of those Oikos 15g yogurt packs - 30-45 g protein
1lb Lean ground beef/Turkey for lunch/dinner
1-1.25 lb Chicken breasts/quarters for lunch/dinner
Peanut butter here and there

Chicken quarters :banderas:, I'm telling you -- extremely cost effective, and have good fat content to go along with a strong protein profile.

But you can get to 200g+ protein with this, but I've averaged only like 120-150 g's, so I'll just order whey for an easier protein supplement and see how that goes.
The average breh would be laid out by 3pm and thats w/o going to the gym. I remember when ppl used to say I ate alot when I wrestled. I see what they're talking about now that im older. Eating is exhausting. I used to wolf down pizza pies by myself and ask for more
