I have recently tried to get all my protein through food for the last year... shyt is tough. This actually reminded me to order some whey. Haven't tried creatine yet though.

What were you eating to get all your protein through food?

Creatine and protein powders are good addition tos, but they get marketed as instead ofs and that’s wrong.

You’re gonna eating a LOT of whole eggs, Milk, fattier cuts of steak, fattier chicken thighs and oily fish to get to 5K calories

lotta folks ain’t keen on eating a lot of red meat so there’s that.

without some “ assistance” it won’t be fun trying to make that excess calorie intake an aesthetically pleasing site to behold

Six eggs for breakfast like somebody mentioned earlier - 36g protein
Couple of those Oikos 15g yogurt packs - 30-45 g protein
1lb Lean ground beef/Turkey for lunch/dinner
1-1.25 lb Chicken breasts/quarters for lunch/dinner
Peanut butter here and there

Chicken quarters :banderas:, I'm telling you -- extremely cost effective, and have good fat content to go along with a strong protein profile.

But you can get to 200g+ protein with this, but I've averaged only like 120-150 g's, so I'll just order whey for an easier protein supplement and see how that goes.
