Also the message on social and popular culture in Dave's work have aged better. "WHERE'S JA?!" is still relevant while "black people vs ******s" we've tried to forget.

Plus Dave has the ability to just go left with the comedy. While Chris Rock act is based of black church Pastors in terms of delivery.

Both have good observational styles of humor. Chris is a bit more edgy, he just GOES there. His standup may be a bit more polished and he knows how to work the stage. That being said... I tend to bust out laughing more at Chappelles material (standup and sketch).

Chapelle is real good and was great from the early 2000s till he left the Chapelle Show but Chris is better overall

Chris Rock has been great since SNL, CB4, Bring The Pain, Bigger and Blacker, did the voice for Lil Penny back in the 90's, Never Scared, AND then did The Chris Rock Show and years later Everybody Hates Chris --- my mom and dad loved this show

Oh yeah, Rock even got the Head of State movie too! I Think I Love My Wife and Top 5 as well.
