I have a good deal of Muslim friends, including my childhood neighbors, of whom I have spent a lot of time with and was even with when 9/11 happened. I feel bad for the non-extremists because the extremists have the loudest voice right now and are besmirching the good name of the many good Muslims out there. Many (if not all) of the extremists are condemned by the others. The problem is that they havent been successful in weeding them out of having reasonable power in the region.
