Public Enemy movie produced by Spike Lee, Flavor Flav steals the show, a lot of the social issues still relevant especially today we're living in a time of racial tension and increase consciousness I can kinda see it.
I can't see a Wu-Tang movie being made at all what would the plot be like?
I personally wouldn't mind a Jay-Z movie from his hustling days up to Reasonable Doubt or Nas from dropping out out of 8th Grade up to Illmatic.
I don't understand how dudes say the West Coast is more interesting and East Coast rappers don't have the stories. I think they definitely do. Nas the son of a jazz player, grew up in the crack epidemic in NYC's largest housing project, in a time where hip hop was exploding in the inner city especially in Queensbridge with Marley Marl and the whole Bridge Wars, dude dropped out in 8th Grade, seeing Ill Will murdered, meeting rap legends like Rakim, being turned down by labels, finally signing dropping arguably the greatest album ever at 20 years old.
Jay's upbringing in Do or Die Bed Stuy Marcy Projects to a single mother, drug dealing days, shooting his brother, high school with guys like AZ/Biggie/Busta Rhymes, coming up under Jaz-O and Big Daddy Kane, meeting Dame Dash and the independent grind starting Rocafella and releasing Reasonable Doubt, ultimate rags to riches story.
I wouldn't mind seeing a proper Cam'ron movie since that Killa Season shyt was straight
