Thats the thing though - maybe he doesnt want it easy like that. Again his comments after game 1 seemed almost like he wasnt thrilled w how things were going, particularly with Warriors winning so easily AND his role being so reduced in the process.

Mentality and confidence are everything to a shooter. He might be struggling cause he feels like he went from 2nd option to 4th...which to be fair, is exactly whats happened.

Seeing how his struggles didn't start till the playoffs this doesn't make sense.

His best hope is to now put doubt into the board's collective mind about Klay leaving, to starve off everyone acknowledging that the Warriors are gonna run the league for the foreseeable future. He's already planted seeds after their G1 win, harping on and on about a couple of fouls that GS supposedly got away with, to deflect away from them running a train on the Cavs.
