I said before that he wasn't happy with the situation.

However something has to give, because how can they float all of those max contracts? Curry, KD, Dray and Klay? And have money left over for serviceable bigs and a bench?

I hate the shyt out of GS, but they better just operate in the luxury tax and dont make the mistake my squad OKC did and let Harden go because of numbers...

Id pay luxury tax until the ship sunk. Fuhk that

Same difference :manny:

Reddikk is the 3rd option on the Clippers but nobody is including him in any "Big 3" mention. So it is now with Klay. Everyone figured he'd be bumped down a notch w KD arriving, but Draymond is actually the one whose profile jumped up the most this season. Klay is now 4th.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. A player can be the third option on a team and not be the third most important player. Ben Wallace was the 10th option on the Pistons, was he the 10th most important player?

he doesnt have to be unhappy to leave. he might just want a new challenge, and show the world how good he is an individual.
And LeBron may want to play for the Bulls like Mike did or play for the Lakers like Magic did. Are we going to keep speculating or take people at their word?

He shot very well when KD was playing.
Facts are Klay doesn't want the spotlight....he's still as productive the regular season as he's been in the past.
Do the words "I aint sacrificing shyt" sound like they would be the very first reaction from a guy who doesnt care about the spotlight? :usure:

Prolly fultz to avoid drama I would guess
So he can sit and watch and backup Steph for 3 years like a 3rd round QB? :heh:
:gucci:

How can you say this is "expected" -

After you specifically said prior -

"Again his comments after game 1 seemed almost like he wasnt thrilled w how things were going, particularly with Warriors winning so easily AND his role being so reduced in the process."

Which is it - is it his comments seemed like he wasn't thrilled with how things were going (with the Warriors winning "so easily", and his role being "so reduced"), or was it expected that he would make a statement that seemed like he was happy with winning and having a reduced role in the process?

It seems like you can't even keep up with your own bullshyt. :francis:
The first one was his initial postgame conference and then the other comments were the.following day to the media. Nothing difficult to understand here.

These threads have no room for facts :scust:

You arent really disagreeing with the point I made, point is his status and his role and his standing in the public zeitgeist has dropped from 2nd to 4th this season. Some guys dont care about that. Some do. A lot do.

Klay wants to be role player, he has the skill to be more but it is what it is.
Again, who says he wants to be a role player? Guy is as explosive a scorer as anyone in the league and hes averaging under 14 in the playoffs, touches way down, reduced to an afterthought.
Pretty big sacrifice is what Id say :sas1:

I know as a Kobe stan this will seem strange and foreign to you, but I generally place more value and importance on post-season stats and moments than regular season heroics that ultimately prove moot and irrelevant in the big picture. :jbhmm:

He still hasn't sacrificed anything in the playoff tho...he's missed point blank shots. You have no argument.

Maybe you missed earlier where I explained thats hes averaging nearly 5 fewer attempts and like half as many threes.

Over 10 fewer points per game. FG% in the gutter. Efficiency in the toilet. Reduced to a charity case by fans like "oh no Klay its ok here's a hug and a GOLD STAR for that wonderful DEFENSE you played...keep it it, sport" :dead:

Feel kinda bad for em, cant be easy :manny: Klay seems like a proud man from a proud family.
