I can't say that for certain. Like when other dude in here asked "what's their best release?"
I don't think you could say, because each was a little different, and they were all good.

On Top Of The World has a couple of my most favorite Ball & G songs, but it also has some of my least favorite.

And even outside of my personal feelings, the point of these discussion is: would most hip-hop fans
agree it's a classic? I didn't know people were feeling this album like that...but I guess it makes sense,
seeing as how this is the album of theirs that was poppin' the most at the time it was released.
Fair enough, On top of world probably hit me the hardest since it came out when I was in high school, lots of jewels for a young cat on that release :wow:

But that's what i'm saying...all of their albums had gems on them to tie your shoes.

I've said before (i'm pretty sure on here) that the first 6 tracks on In Our Lifetime are up there with the
first 6 tracks on any album ever. Even so, my favorite B&G album is On The Outside Looking In.
"Lay It Down" is the original universal crunk standard, "Break-A-Bytch College", MJG on the title track,
and the two cuts Breed did? That's my chit, right thurr...

Also, Suave House was independent prior to the deal with Relativity, so of course they weren't going to be heard everywhere like that.
That's exactly my point. That's the basis for them being regional.

Yes, I'm a huge kast fan, but pound for pound I think the argument can be made for Ball and G being the GOAT southern hip hop duo....

idk man Kast's first 3 albums are pretty untouchable in hip-hop period, let alone the South

maybe longevity-wise you can show respect to Ball and MJG but in terms of pure quality, Kast are not being touched. Not to mention better lyricists too.
