Well my bad then bruh. Just don't see how someone could say 3-6 doesn't have any classics
It's all love breh. I really don't see how anyone could say they have a classic album though. They were a regional group for the first two albums. No nationwide distribution. No one outside of their region knew who they were until tear the club up 97 dropped. That made some noise, but nobody was calling the album anything special. Then they had that corny video on the beach. They had that joint with UGK that was nice :wow:
They sold platinum I think, but nobody was Cali g any of their albums classics.
Then they had that :wow:song with Ball and G and Buck. That's when they really broke through. :yeshrug:
So where's the classics? :yeshrug:

You haven't listened to them very much, have you? Do you realize how much impact they had on rap music? Not just southern rap but all hip hop. DJ Paul and Juicy J are 2 of the greatest producers ever and Project Pat is a legendary rapper. Like you're honestly the first person I've seen say they aren't legends. I live in Memphis so I grew up seeing their rise and impact

I've listened to some of Mystic Styles and Chapter 2, to give them a shot. It's just not my style :yeshrug:
The Rocky flip though :wow:
And the Michael Jackson/Kenni Burke flip :wow:
They've definitely had a huge impact on hip hop. But it's been a negative one. Precursors to crunk :scust:
Trap :scust:

I'm not saying they aren't legends either. Just that they don't have a classic album.
