Pierce wont be bought out

Definitely will be able to get something at the deadline. My only concern would be him affecting Jeff Green's minutes.

Now that his head coach for the past six years is with the Clippers, there's a growing belief Kevin Garnett will play at least one more season with the Celtics before retiring and joining his former coach, Flip Saunders, in a ceremonial ownership role with the Timberwolves, according to Yahoo! NBA reporter Adrian Wojnarowski.

what a waste for garnett. Playing on a lottery team before going back to Minny.
I think the C's would trade KG & Lee for Pek & filler in a S&T? Celtics get a really good center while they are rebuilding, and would be better than having Deandre Jorsdan. But, would have to see what type of money Pek would get though.Rubio, Love, & KG in 'Sota?

So Shaw still not a coach, and Doc threw Rondo in the bushes, at least he has a reliable pg in CP3 now

Rondo looks for any excuse to motivate himself
He's determined to come back quicker and better than Petersen did
I can't even imagine when they play the clippers, rondo gonna put up a 40/20/20 on em
As far as coaching goes i don't think it's shaw, I don't want anything to do with triangle
It's either McMillan, the asst from Miami, although I wouldn't be mad at Hollins considering he's basically doc but with less charm

Clippers should be good to go as long as they ignore Paul and stay far far away from Dwight Howard
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics have held discussions about a trade involving Paul Pierce.
The Cavaliers have offered multiple second round picks in exchange for Pierce.
Talks are in the preliminary stage and sources say interest in Pierce has picked up.
Pierce is owed $15.3 million next season, the final season of his contract. The Celtics can buy him out before June 30 for $5 million.
