Fukk him first and foremost. My dog is blind in one of her eyes and has developed anxiety from not having full vision. Like what possessed him to think "I should pour water on this defenseless animal that can't see or hear"? I'd expect this from a child or teenager not a grown azz adult.

With that being said, he shouldn't have lost his job. It would be another story if he was torturing the dog.
