DARK ROAST BLACK.....NO SUCROSE....MAN MUG X 3 a DAY......sometimes...it gets to a point where I have more blood in my caffeine system

lol, i didn't know that about cappuccinos and lattes.Ya I drink hella cups of coffee a day..I usually go thru a pound of coffee in one week at the crib..I got a grinder and one of those plastic cup drippers that you put the filter on..it's easy to make it that way..I used to fukk with French presses..but there's really an art to making coffee with French presses and sometimes the coffee wouldn't come out right..every once in a while ill hit a coffee shop to get a capuchino..which is the best IMO cuz all that other stuff is too fluff..did you know that they invented lattes because cappachinos were to strong for kids so they made them lattes...That's what you nikkas drinking?

I just never go to McDonalds because I don't want to be tempted to eat there. Haven't had Mickey D's in years.

I've seen websites that show you how to make your own iced coffee at home. It's simple and saves money. Which reminds me, I have to get a big pitcher so I can do that again.
I've read that people who want strong coffee should drink lighter roasts instead of darker roasts.
The longer the bean is roasted, the more of it's caffeine and nutrients it loses.
